PERSONAL RECRUITMENT SUPPORT.
CASUAL PLACEMENTS:
$1,950 + GST per placement
A flat recruitment fee for standard casual vacancies. Your business employs and pays the successful candidate directly.
FIXED-TERM PLACEMENTS:
8% of base salary for the agreed term + GST
Calculated on the initial contract period, capped at 12 months.
Minimum fee: $2,500 + GST.
PERMANENT PLACEMENTS:
8% of annual base salary + GST
For permanent full-time and part-time appointments, calculated on the salary for the agreed hours.
Minimum fee: $3,500 + GST.
Percentage fees exclude superannuation, overtime, penalties, bonuses, allowances and non-cash benefits.
Standard recruitment includes role briefing, sourcing, initial screening, shortlisting, interview coordination and agreed reference checks. Paid advertising and external checks are quoted separately and approved before purchase.
Specialist searches and multiple vacancies are quoted individually.
Scope, payment terms and any replacement-search conditions are confirmed in writing before recruitment begins.
