Equipment-specific Verification of Competency assessments for individual operators and smaller crews. Assessment scope is confirmed against the equipment, work activities and your site requirements before booking.
Standard assessments from $300 + GST. Complex assessments from $400 + GST. Minimum on-site booking: $900 + GST. Travel and accommodation quoted separately.
Practical on-site VOC assessment services for workforce mobilisation, shutdowns and scheduled competency reviews across Mackay, Moranbah, Dysart and the Bowen Basin.
Choose a half-day or full-day booking, with coordinated assessment documentation and digital records included.
BOOKING OPTIONS
• Half-day — up to 4 hours: $900 + GST
• Full weekday — up to 8 hours: $1,500 + GST
• Saturday — up to 8 hours: $1,650 + GST
• Sunday — up to 8 hours: $1,800 + GST
Equipment scope, assessment requirements and availability are confirmed before booking. Assessment numbers depend on equipment complexity, operator readiness and site conditions.
Travel, accommodation and mobilisation are quoted separately where required. Extended shifts, night shifts and public holidays are available by quotation.

Dedicated on-site VOC assessment coverage for shutdowns, workforce mobilisation and larger assessment programmes.
Available for two or more consecutive days, including 5–7 day regional deployments across Mackay, Moranbah, Dysart and the Bowen Basin.
Your package includes assessment delivery within the agreed scope, coordinated documentation, digital scanning of completed records and authorised uploads to your nominated contractor management system.
DAILY PACKAGE RATES
• Monday–Friday: $2,100 + GST per day
• Saturday: $2,300 + GST per day
• Sunday: $2,500 + GST per day
EXTENDED DEPLOYMENT EXAMPLES
• 5 days, Monday–Friday: $10,500 + GST
• 6 days, Monday–Saturday: $12,800 + GST
• 7 days, Monday–Sunday: $15,300 + GST
Rates allow up to eight hours per day. Other date combinations are calculated using the applicable daily rates.
We coordinate our travel and accommodation, with agreed mobilisation costs included in your written quote and consolidated into one invoice.
Equipment scope, site access, system permissions and assessment scheduling are agreed before mobilisation.
Extended shifts, night shifts and public holidays are quoted separately.
